We’re hiring Senior Network Engineers to join us in shaping the future of blockchain!Responsibilities Deploy and optimize Solana validator nodes to enhance voting transaction efficiency.
Configure SWQoS (QUIC, virtual stake allocation) to prioritize transactions.
Develop Rust-based backend infrastructure and manage high-performance servers.
Track Solana chain updates and troubleshoot issues (e.g., voting transactions not appearing on Solscan).

Requirements 5+ years of network engineering experience, 2+ years with Solana validators/RPC nodes.
Proficient in Rust, QUIC, SWQoS, and Linux server management.
Skilled in log analysis, performance optimization, and familiar with Solscan/priority fees.
Bonus: Solana community involvement, DeFi optimization experience.
